Changan’s New UNI T Is One Of China’s Best-Looking Crossovers
Measuring 4,515 mm (177-inches) long, 1,870 mm (73-inches) wide, and featuring a 2,710 mm (106-inch) wheelbase, the UNI T is quite compact, although in these official photos, doesn’t appear to be short on space.
Dominating the design of the crossover’s front fascia is an intriguing grille as well as thin LED headlights and orange accents. Elsewhere, there’s a sleek, long-slung roofline that stands out thanks to the bright orange finish. The crossover also features front door handles that sit flush with the bodywork and rear door handles sitting on the C-pillars, much like the Honda HR-V and Toyota C-HR.
The rear of the crossover might just be its best angle with aggressive taillights, two striking spoilers stretching off the roof, quad tailpipes and even a diffuser.
Two engines will be offered; a 1.5-liter turbo and a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder. There’s no word on pricing or availability just yet, but we expect to learn more closer to its official launch date.
